Organic:

100% estate grown and bottled Organic Rastelli Wines from the Abruzzo region of Italy. High Altitude, Rocky Terrain and Cool Mountain Climate provide filtration of cold spring water for natural irrigation. A five layer granular soil mix filtration system including sandstone, pebbles and limestone allows vines to reach nutrients. Hand-picked at the peak of maturity, our organic grapes have a high concentration of natural sugar and flavors.



Pinot Grigio:

Pruned for optimal sun exposure, our thin-skinned white grapes are cold filtered in steel barrels to produce an Organic Pinot Grigio that embodies the crisp flavors of a freshly picked Mela Bianca (White Apple).



Montepulciano & Montepulciano Riserva:

Thick-skinned red grapes are soft pressed and warm filtered in oak barrels to produce the velvet finish of our Organic Montepulciano and Elliana Montepulciano Riserva.
