Account Executive, TopProspect -- San Francisco, CA

Find us clients. Hustle, search, scrap, harass (within limits: no restraining orders) and connect the brand with awesome companies that people would want to work for. You'll be targeting top companies because the better the role, the harder it is to find the right person. Not that Lee's Cra-Zee Nails isn't a fine and reputable establishment.

Get people hired. It's not as simple as finding a square peg for a square hole. You've got to get employers excited about candidates and vice versa. Figure out ways to make the recommendation and hiring process more effective, engaging, fluid. Then make it happen and keep it going.

We're looking for someone who can befriend an entire room in one round. You love talking to people and thrive on any opportunity to be part of a conversation. You're smart as a whip and can seamlessly make pitching feel like two buddies catching up. A day job is an unfamiliar concept to you because your mind is constantly at work and coming up with new ideas.
