How to get Old Facebook Chat Back

Recently facebook released some new features for its users such as video chat and group chat option. Although facebook was working to make chat features more user friendly but many people are disappointed with its recent chat feature update. After recent chat update now users don’t get a scroll bar to see which friends are online and available for chat. Now many users are trying to get back their old facebook chat. So today we are going to tell you a way by which you can get your old chat back. This is possible by installing a simple script in your browser.

Get Old Facebook Chat in Mozilla Firefox

First of all you need to install Grease Monkey addon in firefox in order to install the required script. To install grease monkey simple visit Grease Monkey Add-on and click on add to firefox.

After you click on add to firefox button you will get an popup for installing grease monkey. Click install and after installing grease monkey restart firefox.

Now after you have installed Grease Monkey Addon visit Facebook Chat Revision script Page and click install button present on the top right corner.

Now you will get a popup for installing the script, click install button and the script will be installed.

After installing the script just refresh the facebook page in order to see the changes. Now your old facebook chat with scroll bar will be back. If you are not getting the old facebook chat after following the above steps simply empty the cache and then refresh the page.

Get Old Facebook Chat in Google Chrome

If you are using google chrome then you can directly install the script. visit Facebook Chat Revision script Page and click install.

Then you will get a message in lower left corner of your browser asking you click continue.

After that you will get a popup to install the script, click install and script will be installed.

fter installing the script just refresh the facebook page in order to see the changes. Now your old facebook chat with scroll bar will be back.
