Let the past go and you move on
Too many people are tied to their past. It stops
them from moving on to their wonderful, God planned future. Some are bound to
it by their failures, others by not letting it go, yet others live in it,
because they have so many good reminiscences about it. This kind of approach
robs them of the blessings that they could experience now. I would encourage
you to unchain yourself from your past and move on to a much better life that
is in store for you. I hope the following quotes about moving on will help you
to do it.
"Letting go isn't about giving up. It's about accepting that there are things that cannot be" by unknown author.
There is timing for everything in this world. There is
time to be born and time to die. There is time to work and time to rest. There
is time to start a friendship and time to end one. There also comes a time when
you have to let somebody or something go. It could be your favorite job, a
thing you enjoy or even a dear person whom you love very much. All of the above
mentioned things or people can be part of your life, but let them not be all of
your life, for you will not be able to cope with losses. Life goes on and so
should you. Let things and people that have to go, go.
"Some of us think holding on makes us strong; but sometimes it is letting go" by Hermann Hesse.
Letting things go may give us a feeling of
insecurity, but it shouldn’t. It actually makes us free from various chains
that we ourselves put on. You should never allow yourself to be too much dependent
on somebody or something and you should not force other people to be too much
dependent on you. Don’t manipulate other people and do not allow others to
manipulate you. If somebody wants to leave you, let the person go. It would be
better for both you and the person. As a consequence, you will become a
stronger personality, not a weaker one.
"By forgiving and choosing to move on, one takes the power back to morph it into positive energy.” by Eugenia Triputti.
We can use all powers for good. Instead of keeping bitterness in our hearts we could use the pain that was caused by some unjust action towards us and use it for creating something good and blessing others. Most people choose to think about revenge and they misuse their inner powers by using them for wrong purposes. Don’t behave like that. Even if you have been severely offended, choose to forgive and move on.
