Staying Hydrated this Summer

Good morning my APSense friends! As you know, summer is right around the corner and if you live in Florida, it feels like it has already arrived! LOL! Staying properly hydrated is very important!

Drink at least 8-10 cups of pure water throughout the day to prevent dehydration. This should be the best quality water available with a Multi-Pure drinking water filter. Then, while you're laying by the pool, you can read this book called'"The Blue Death" by Robert Morris MD, PhD.
