"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, your are a leader"

If you were to limit your success to your personal efforts, then you can only go as high or as far as you can personally reach, makes sense doesn't it?  So if you take what Mr. Adams said above then in order to go further and reach higher it will depend on your leadership abilities.

Everything in our cultures and our worlds revolve around leadership, whether it is schools with teachers, churches with ministers, governments with presidents and prime ministers, businesses with CEO's or your own home based business with you at the helm.  So, like all others you only have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 12 months in a year to accomplish your dreams and goals, so if you want to multiply your success and go higher or reach farther, you had better develop your leadership abilities, by inspiring others to accomplish more by the value you can instill into them.

Now ~ do you know the main reason why people follow leaders?  that main reason is "confidence" ~ you can't really be a leader until you are "confident" you can do so, you can't inspire unless you are "confident" you can inspire, you can't motivate until you are "confident" you can motivate.  Confidence attracts other people that are then "confident" in your ability to lead them.

Confidence is portrayed to those you meet in many ways, but there are really four main factors to consider:

How you greet someone

Your voice

Your posture

Your facial expressions

These four factors have been discussed and taught to hundreds of thousands of people in a multitude of personal development and sales training sessons; I was first taught these a lifetime of 24-7-12's ago.  The problem being is that most people don't apply the things they are taught.  Most people "want" to be "led"

Here is the bottom line, if you take it to heart and realize that "confidence" is a key to leadership, it can become a turning point in your life.  You can stop looking for the next best leader, that magical person that will lead you to the next best thing, decide instead to become the leader you are, the leader within.  It's maybe time that you start to project a level of confidence in everything you do 24-7-12.

"People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are.  I don't believe in circumstances.  The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, Make Them!"

George Bernard Shaw

Accept 100% responsibility for your actions, leaders are confident in moving towards their goals in order to control their destiny...........
