Many of them have not heard about Akio Morita, but  everyone heard about infact knows very well about 'Sony'. Akio Morita is the founder of Sony. You will get surprise to know that the very first product made by Sony was Rice Cooker which overcooked rices more as compare to cook it well. But, this failure did not deter him to make a multi billion dollar company.

We know about Oliver stone, famous oscar winner director, initially has started a novel due to which he was sacked from school and when he completed his novel, no publisher was willing to publish his novel. In last when novel got publish, then reader did not give good response. Finally, he came to Vietnam and starting teaching english and later he joined armed forces. In the war, he got medals for his bravery and from here he got the idea of making movies based on war which has been praised widely. 

Every body knows about Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and founder Harland Sanders. Initially, he faced lots of difficulties to sell his food products. But you would get surprise to know what you eat with finger licking, is actually rejected by 1009 restaurant and then it was selected by one restaurant. 

In this list, Bill gates, Steve jobs, Deepak Puri (Moser Baer) are also not exception. The main point which we need to learn from here, if we would like to successful then we embrace our failures as well.
