I pursue spammers

The Lord gave me a talent.

I love to play with words.

He also gave me a good memory of things that have been written.

Unfortunately, for you spammers, that's bad news.

When I see the same comment, over and over, on different blogs, or full blown spam comments ( don't you understand what *** link hidden *** means ), my subconscious associates the repeat comment and the picture and username.

I love to use "report abuse" link. It takes 10 seconds of my time. Probably more for the admins to review the report. :)

When I again see the username and/or picture in the activity area, and I see the person commented on a RevPage or blog, no question, I go see the blog myself. Many times, I don't even care what the blog is about. No offense meant to any author. I can't be interested in everything, there is so much activity at ApSense.

My goal is to see if the person dare post the same comment I saw. If yes, "report abuse".

I want to eradicate spam. ApSense gives us the tools to do so.

One of you saw this, and changed his tactic. He started posting in a foreign language. No good. Words, to me, are like music sheets to Mozart. I see it once, it's imprinted. Of course, only if you use a few words. You know what ? Using foreign language is against ApSense TOS, the exception being you post in a group made for that language, which is accepted. It's not my opinion, I checked with an admin.

I know, I'm a maniac. Too bad for you.
