Is free money an oxymoron ?

How can money be free ?

1. We can work from 9 to 5. We earn the money we make.
2. We can rob a bank. :)
3. We can invest and hope for the best.
4. We can win the lottery.
5. We might inherit.
6. We can find money on the street.
7. We can find a $20 bill in the pocket of our coat we hadn't worn for months. :)
8. We can use a gun and threaten someone :(
9. We can get in a pyramid scheme
10. We can make false claims on a product or service and run with the money :(
11. We can sell a legitimate product or service and sleep with a good conscience.
    

No 1, we need time and skills.

No 2, planning and guts are mandatory.

No 3, study the market.

No 4, cross your fingers.

No 5, love or manipulation is a prerequisite.

No 6, lucky you.

No 7, all right!

No 8, one less relationship to worry about, the person won't want to see you again.

No 9, this still works ?

No 10, The victims were thinking "I want money and I want it NOW !"

No 11, years of work, effort, sweat, tears, good times, bad times

Yet, many people believe money grows in trees, apparently. Where do they believe the "free money" will come from ? Yeah, right, build a downline. Duh... They get in for free too.
