Have you ever considered the subject of Online Health it is something to thing about today!

Many of the online marketers today are so busy marketing their product or business opportunity  to the point they sit in front of their computer anywhere from 2hrs to 12hrs a day only to get up and get a snack or go to the bathroom.

Is that Online Health I should think not. Consider this most online marketers are promoting some type of food or nutritional product but don't use it themselves.

The fact of the matter is if you can't use your nutritional product you offering Online Health isn't part of you. Here is some tips to help you get in the Online Health movement!

1. Take a five minute walk outside

2. Drink a cool glass of water every few hours

3. eat healthy food and not too late at night

3. Use 100% all natural nutritional products

4. Stay away from nutritional products that offer a lot hype.

5. Spend time with friends and family .

6. step away from the computer and read a magazine (ie there is many business magazines about online  success etc.

7. last but not least have some fun and laugh as much as possible it healthy.

I was thinking about how many people have been wasting their time lying about how they have the worlds greatest product on the planet.

Well if there product was so great why do they keep offering some other company new product every other week!
