The importance of branding with a domain

Members of Sweeva and other TE's are almost always impatient. They surf either for credits or to seek new bizz ops. They are not particular interested in buying stuff like beauty products, gifts etc.
Their prime goal and focus in the time they are surfing, is to earn money.

Even if they see a desirable product they won't stop to check it out. At least at Sweeva there is a remember button. Of course even than they must remember and take the time to check the remembered items. On all other TE's sites fly by with an amazing speed.

Domains that are easy to remember are sometimes hard to find, however it is not impossible.

What amazes me most is that there still exist companies with real products and services that use a free domain. I am no SEO expert but I think that will not do a sites ranking any good.

Personal when I visit a shopping site or a site with a service that is hosted on a free domain, I am not likely to order.

I simply can not trust a company that can't pay a few bucks for a domain for that company. Having a decent domain attached to your company in my opinion is the first step in building trust.

Other steps are to add contact info and an address at least of head quarters. A clear overview for delivery terms, refunds etcetera are also a must. Adding testimonials from existing clients that can be verified are also useful.

But it all starts with having a domain.
