Do you use your product?

There are a lot of people on apsense promoting affiliate products. There's nothing wrong with that. Through out history people have been selling other people's products. However, I'm surprised by how many people do not use the products they sell. It's one thing to be an affiliate seller for Amazon where you wouldn't be able to try every book, cd, houseware, etc. that you promote, but what about those people selling web hosting, domains, software, etc. A number of times, I've seen affiliates promoting these products, yet they would not be able to tell you anything about the product beyond the copy provided to them by the creator. They have never used the product they sell or don't adventure beyond the bare minimum of what they need to do to setup their business.

These affiliates who aren't using their products are only interested in the cash system. How can they effectively sell the system if they are not familiar with the product? Are they not leaving out potential customers by not promoting the true core of the system?

Take Stress Free Salary for example. Stress Free Salary is not a business in itself. It is a marketing system that is built around Teamwork Revolution Power System, which provides web hosting services. In reality, someone could forever promote Stress Free Salary to make money from the Teamwork Revolution Power System (TWRPS); however, they would be neglecting a whole audience of people interested in finding a cost effective way of hosting their web site or blog, and backing up their personal files. TWRPS provides a list of these features on their website, but one can only fully understand them from using them.

I say this from experience. Until I got into the control panel and started navigating it, I didn't know the extent of services that TWRPS only briefly touches upon. Plus, now that I know how to use it, I can attract customers and team partners by advertising the most sought-after products of today that TWRPS provides for basically free. I am retaining customers and team partners by being able to answer their user questions.

If you haven't fully navigated the products and services your business opportunity provides, I highly suggest you do. You could be missing out on a potential target audience you never knew you had.
