What is so important about a car tag?

This data is valuable in many ways.

• It can be used to help with Amber Alerts and to find Missing Children. Statistically, most children are abducted by a parent and with the data and resources we will create, we should be able to help with some of these cases.
• It can be used by Law Enforcement Agencies. Stolen cars can be located and returned to their owners. Police detectives can also use this to help locate known criminals and take them off our streets.
• We can also help to find Missing Persons. Often there are rewards offered to help find a missing person and we can be part of the solution.

Tag data is collected at physical public locations, such as parks, beaches, malls, or shopping centers... Not from private residences. They say their product is information that's collected. But is there a market for that?" The Dallas BBB has asked NarcThatCar to prove that the database of license plate numbers it's collecting is indeed a valuable asset. On its Web site, the firm claims to have signed a "six-figure contract? with a lien holder company, but has yet to provide the requested details, Kopko said.

(They have no traditional products and when they were asked to provide proof of data clients the company has yet to provide the requested details.)


ABOUT DNA: "It is a package of products and services they are buying ... a business benefits package," he said. The company's business is "turning data into cash," he said, and the firm has multiple strategies for raising revenue. Users will soon see ads when they log in to enter plate numbers. They will also receive member-only offers for services like Dish Network and ADT security systems. "We tell people it's where Walmart meets Google," he said.


ABOUT NARC: Firms cannot design companies where the chief source of income is skimming a cut off of others who are talked into joining -- that's a pyramid scheme.


ABOUT DNA: But if company associates sell a real product, and merely enhance their income via "down line" percentages of sales from other hires they have sponsored, that's legitimate MLM.

D.N.A. COMBINES MARCH AND APRIL DATA ADVERTISING POOL

Up to $2 bonus system up to 10 levels. In March 2010 there were around 8000 people who entered data for 20 tags or more. All 8000 people were paid their $2 as promised. When we calculated the advertising pool that pays out up to $2 it came out to less than 15 cents. We at D.N.A. thought it would be unfair to pay out the less than 15 cents and choose to combine it with the April and May Advertising pool to get the bonuses at least to $1 or more. Please note this was for MARCH with less than 400 people who had personally sponsored the 3 or more who entered 20 tags to qualify for such a bonus. This decision was made with those 400 affiliates best interest at heart.

Today we paid out over 8,000 $2 Bills. 8000 people in the month of March put in their 20 or more tags. This pool is built from advertising dollars and compensation breakage.

We have already signed mega agreements with advertising partners however we have been delayed with the advertising module being placed in the back office. You will soon see it go up and will notice 6 to 10 advertisements which will change each and every minute. We charge our clients anywhere from 10 cents to as much as 25 cents per add per minute. You will soon see adds from Coca Cola, McDonald's, Home Depot and thousands of small, medium, large and mega large stores.

This advertising pool is suppose to be divided three ways. 1st $2 comes off the top for everyone that has entered 20 Data Tags(i.e. just paid out over 8000 $2 bills). Thereafter whatever money is leftover gets divided 75% for all the affiliates and 25% for D.N.A. Corporate.

In time (3 to 6 months) this should easily cover the MAXIMUM of $2 offered to affiliates up to 10 levels of DATA ENTRY Affiliates.

D.N.A. realizes it will take a few months to build up the pool to the max payout of $2 per Active Affiliate. So D.N.A. is committing that for the REST OF THE YEAR that 100% of the DATA ADVERTISING POOL FUNDS will go to the D.N.A. Active Affiliates.

This is a very giving company. Look what Art and George did for the 10 DATA ENTRY runner ups... There are only so many pennies in a dollar and D.N.A. is willing to pay most of it to all of its affiliates...
