I am the admin for a ptc program  I just opened my first ptc program here in December of 2009   I watched my program grow I thought quickly but I see other sites growing much quicker then my own.  Im ok with that  we are getting about 500-600 daily unique visitors and we are getting new sign ups daily.
 
Today I desided to go thru and visually inspect every member that has joined my ptc program.   I have discovered that over half of my members are from China and about one third are from India and Egypt  the other small percent are from other countries 
 
The other thing that I noticed is I had over 100 members that had been inactive for more then 2 weeks.  The site is only 3 weeks old  why would there be so many inactive members?
 
I have dumb founded  that there were 58 members that joined  loged in and then never clicked  to  become active.  What a waste of time...
 
I would never join a program and then not put the slightest effort into it to make it work.   
 
Atleast Try People!
 
 
I was a little steamed today when I slowly watched my 350 members drop to below 230 members in one hour.
 
 
Do you think Im being to hard?
 
Why do you think people would spend the minute of their time to register, check their email, and then login   and then just log out and never do anything to try to make money.
 
 
Im the boss I guess and when you don't show up for work for 2 weeks Your Fired!!!
 
I also noticed this with alot of my members here in Apsense that are not active  they have not made any content pages and have not replied to my contact invie.
 
WHY DO PEOPLE WASTE TIME. My time, your time, and their own time. 
 
Only if you could make money wasting time...
 
Im still a little steamed  My time is invaluable  I try not to waste mine  and I sure has hell hope you try not to waste mine either.
