Yes, I feel your anxiety. I'm not ashamed to tell you (just want to kick myself) because it took me like a year to get from saying I was going to do my own stuff to actually doing it. People think Baby-Boomers are the only ones with this computer Phobia. WRONG. I am in my early 30s and prior to getting started in MLM, I only used the computer for e-mail and creating my band flyers. I had only "heard of" myspace. I had great anxiety about the computer, social media, etc. Finally, I sat down and said you have to learn how to do this. I know there were a few days I procrastinated doing some things because of the 7 hours I spent the day before in tears trying to figure this stuff out. I must say the feeling after getting your own blog or capture page up is greater than the feeling you get  about doing nothing at all about it.

When you start creating things, you'll want to implement everything you are thinking about all at once and you won't be able to sleep. Just remember not to let that stop you again. Just work on one task at a time until completed. You will get it because if someone else can do this, then so can you.
