You have to check this out if you haven't already. It's a 3x7 pulsating
matrix that has 3 pulses. The first pulse is a traditional matrix and the
2nd and 3rd pulse are company forced. You start in the traditional 3x7
(our own team), then in pulse 2, you are placed in the company forced

Matrix with all members. Whoever is at the bottom of the matrix, they flip the
entire matrix upside down so that the person on the bottom gets paid because they
are now on the top and then the 3rd pulse is whoever has made the least
amount of money, they are placed at the top of the matrix and are paid and
