Yes they do
when applied correctly. The problem with most coops is that the members pay for
the advertising in the hope that leads will be generated for them by some “central
promoting machine†and common sense will tell you that these do not work (very well). The
coop would work if every participant pitched in by promoting the coop link, but
being on a rotator system, the “getting something for nothing†syndrome and the
“why should I do something for someone else†syndrome set in.
And we need
something that can be duplicated.
Our team system is simple and works. To see
it in practice just visit the following lead capture page:
http://www.gamesociety.biz
At any
moment in time I work with just a handful of personally sponsored team members
and their directly sponsored members. Those whom I am working with at the
moment are listed at the bottom of the page. NOTE: each of those members will
in due course set up a similar page for themselves, or I will set one up for
them. But it will be their page to manage. At that moment in time their spot on my page will become VACANT and available for the next associate that signs up. And so the story of duplication continues...
Each participant
is encouraged to promote locally. Why? Because anyone subscribing from India will be passed by me to Yogesh to sponsor,
anyone from the Philippines will be passed by me to Kevin. If John does no promoting in Ireland, then he should expect no leads coming
in from Ireland.
It is in each member’s own best interest to promote locally.
I also
provide the team members with fresh ad copy every couple of days as a source of
inspiration for their own ads. Naturally they can use the ad copy I send them,
but in due course a natural tendency to be different helps them generate their own
ads.
So I can
use any upline member skills I have to welcome new leads to the team and the
business. And each team member is learning to focus on his/her personal list
building and local promotion.
This is a team system that captures the
best of network marketing fundamentals, and it works because everyone can
participate in it whatever their level of experience is. It also reflects the
best of cooperative efforts. Members experience the benefits of simple daily
routines, they have the room to learn and grow, they taste success, and as
success comes so does a natural point in time when they branch off to duplicate
with their own team.
Enjoy and good luck!
