Still Think You Don't Need A Business Plan? LOL

One fine day a two different building contractors set out to each start a new project.

The first arrived on location and decided to get started right away building a new house.  Without surveying the land or anything he got unto his backhoe and started digging away until he had dug what he believed was a suitable hole for the basement.  He then proceeded to pour the cement and and the next day he began erecting the house on the spot he had prepared and within a week or so he had the house finished already

In the meantime the second contractor had just picked out his site and was only now finishing his building plans.

Several weeks later after carefully planning and implementing each set of process and making the nessacary adjustments as he went along the second contractor has finished a truly beautiful home and it sold immediately for $4,000,000.00!

The first contractor on the other had not even received an offer on his house yet.  First of all, the house sitting cock-eyed on the lot and it was not even leveled properly.  When you walked out the front door it literally hit your a**  on the way out!  Furthermore, he had forgot to put the basic plumbing in before he poured the cement and was now busy getting the basement floor jackhammered apart so they could lay the pipes and have running water.  Once he got about half the floor ripped up the house began to sag because he had not prepared and packed the ground before pouring the cement, now the walls were all cracked and front door had become wedged shut under the weight of the house!  Thats when the building inspector came along and shut the whole project down as he had built the house on a historical landsite.

He is now bankrupt and engaged in a lengthy court battle while the second contractor has went on to build skyscrapers.
