Xtreme Wealth Online #4 - Fake content with google adsense
I'm going start this article by saying this: I think
it's a fair comment to say, anybody who runs a Website, Forum, or Blog
etc. Who uses Google Adsense to try and make money from it. Knows only
to well the most important (ingredient) for success is "Content" -
content is king, and without lots of it posted on your site to boost
the number of pages you have indexed in search engines. You will
struggle to make any kind of decent money from the adsense ads you have
displayed on your site. There simply is no getting away from this fact,
and it's one that poses a real problem for most webmasters who decide
to run a google adsense ads site.
The 100 dollar question is this? How do you go about getting enough content on your site to make money. We all know by now that having 30-50 pages is just not good enough - we need hundreds, if not thousands of pages listed. Well, you only have 3 option as far as I can see. The first option is not recommended by me at all, nor by many others. The second option can be done with care, but again is not an ideal answer if truth be said and you should always include the original authors name. And the 3rd option is most certainly the way it should be done by everybody, but sadly it just isn't the case by far!
Below is a list of the 3 options you can choose to go with, complete with the "negative" and "positive" aspects of doing it that way.
Cloned Content - (exact duplicate, word for word, no original authors name included)
By this I mean, you go and visit "Free Article" directory's and copy articles from them, pasting them back onto your site (word for word as exact duplicates). With nothing changed or edited, and no original authors name included!
Positive: The only positive aspect of getting content onto your site using this method, is the speed at which you can build-up your pages fast in a very short time scale. Many people use this method, even going as far as using automated Article Systems such as "ArticleLive", which has the option to import articles from Free Article directories like "iSnare" for example.
Negative: This is the quickest way to give your site a very bad reputation as being nothing more than a adsense banner spam site, and nobody will respect you for it or your site. You may even be breaking copyright laws and be liable. Search engines will give you a low rank. And your site may attract unwanted spam replies because of it. Google may even choose to ban your adsense account. In short - a real no, no!
Cloned Content - (edited so it's not an exact duplicate anymore, includes original authors name)
Using this method, you have basically done the same as above. Only this time- after pasting the article to your site. You have taken the time to make some major changes to it so it looks totally different like a new article. And you still include the original authors name.
Positive: While this once again is not an ideal option to go with really, it can be said that you have taken the time to improve on the original article by editing it, checking the spelling, and basically just making it a better article to read in general (some original articles are bad and need to be improved at times). And the fact you still included the original authors name in the article is a sign of "good faith" on your part as not wanting to take all the credit for it. However, don't just edit one or two words and spell check it - you should have made quite a few major changes to the copied article. Otherwise there's no point in even using this method.
Negative: A mixed bag this one, you will get both sides of the coin from visitors, some will appreciate the time you have taken to improve the articles you copied (and the fact you still choose to include the authors name). While others won't, and will still see you as a cloner of articles that others have created. Search engine rankings will improve because you edited the article to be different. All in all, not that bad an option to go with if you have no members helping you to create new articles, and your having to do it all yourself.
Original Content - (the articles you post are created by you from scratch)
Well I'm quite sure you know what this means. All the articles posted on your site are "original works" created by yourself. Nothing cloned and all fresh content posted by yours truly (or even maybe even your members)!
Positive: The one and only method to go with really, and nothing beats original content. Search engines will love it and as a result - give you a good rank in there listing. People visiting your site will respect you for creating original articles and most likely come back again (if your articles are interesting enough). This method simply cannot be beaten! And the joy you get out of creating an original article and then a personal posting a nice comment, makes it all seem worth while!
Negative: Painfully slow process to get lots of pages listed that you realistically need much faster (unless you have members working with you to help out to speed things up).Be aware that other sites will come and copy your articles, just the same as you might copy others yourself!
