CANADA UPDATE

As many of you know, due to the explosive growth of ITV Venturesâ„¢ in the US market, ITVâ„¢ is actively proceeding with entry into Canada and other countries the world over. For the last several months the ITV Venturesâ„¢ legal team has been diligently working behind the scenes to make this dream a reality. In that light, ITVâ„¢ is pleased to update all of us on some of the progress that has been made, and on the way forward:

Competition Bureau and Comp Plan:

Before any MLM can enter the Canadian market it must submit and attain a favorable opinion on its compensation plan and business structure from the Competition Bureau of Canada. This is an extremely lengthy process that is further complicated by the 13 different sets of regional regulations the comp plan must additionally adhere to. To date, ITVâ„¢ has dealt with all significant issues and are approximately 90% of the way there. They anticipate submission to the bureau shortly.

Health Canada and Product Approvals:

Any health product sold in Canada must be pre-cleared with Health Canada. To date ITVâ„¢ has finished the applications for 95% of all their products. They expect clearance on these products shortly and have already engaged translator service and graphic designers to prepare Canadian labels.

Future Activity:

ITVâ„¢ is currently looking into shipping, intellectual property, company registration and border/tariff issues. They are also engaging a team of highly-skilled executives across the board in Beverly, California, and Canada to help implement their operations in Canada.

In short much has been accomplished but there remains much to do in this exciting time. ITVâ„¢ is aware that many of you are anxious to see ITVâ„¢ open in Canada. They would ask that everyone realize the enormous complexity of this project, which requires a more gradual and cautious approach to insure nothing stops them from duplicating their initial spectacular success abroad.
