The first health tip is learn to laugh. It seems like a silly thing to do sometimes but laughter truly is the best medicine.  We all suffer pain and things that we would prefer not to but don't wait too long to see the funny side of things (trust me it is always there if you look for it) .  You can notice any thing that you like that is funny and it will make things feel better.  Once you start to feel better then amazingly solutions appear and it just makes life so much easier.

Another thing that really makes me feel better is eating my Xocai healthy chocolate.  Researchers at the Neurosciences Institute in San Diego recently found that cocoa contains a substance called phenylethylamine, which triggers neuro-transmitters like serotonin in the brain that initiate feelings of joy and love.
