Do you know, how can u identify the character or personality type of people in a group or forum,

There are mainly four types of personality exists!

Sanguine , Chloric , Phlegmatic and Melancholy.

Sanguine :-  You can find these personality in any Group,

                       They are always up to show their presence ,

                       actually they do strive for their existence,

                       they wanted to be recognised, they provide fun, too.

Chloric  :-     Real Leaders of any group, They are the ACHIEVERS,

                      demands discipline, and can take any group or

                      organisation to a pick of ULTIMATE SUCCESS, It's

                      for sure!!! Any body who wants to succeed should 

                      dream to be with him,

Melancholy :- The Critical Analyser, Will go in the depth of any subject,

                   will check each and every details upto the roots, It's luck

                    to have these people on list.

Phlegmatic :- The Watchers, some what lazy or idle? If you can push

                    people, can get best out of them, peace lovers. Nice and

                    polite, Every team leader should love to have them on

                    board.
