You know that eating Oatmeal can help your heart....but did you know that eating Oatmeal can actually help REMOVE Cholesterol from your body? Comforting to know isn't it :-)

Oatmeal helps lower your total and bad cholesterol which can in turn also help keep your arteries clean and healthy :)  Plus it is low in sodium which helps to manage your blood pressure. Eating Oatmeal is a simple change that can make a big difference in the health of your heart.

Oatmeal can also help in managing diabetes! An important part in helping control glucose levels is a healthy diet. A healthy diet should start with plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. These foods are a good source of fiber and are often low in fat and cholesterol. Whole grains such as oatmeal are particularly good choices.

Now while I realize that not Everyone enjoys a steaming hot bowl of oatmeal- in fact some of us actually cringe at the thought.  There are other ways to get this incredible whole grain into your diet.
