Communication:
That's what it's all about. Who really know when our species first felt the need to communicate or began that first conversation?
We have been communicating ever since. The need to be  heard, to express one's point of view is very high on the list of human needs and wants.
I recall the first beepers, predecessors to today's cell phones (back in the mid 80s) with the huge battery packs that was needed to make them work.
Today, cell phones are in the hands of every youngster and the energy needed to make them work is in a tiny battery that fits on the palm of our  hand or between two fingers.
I can't imagine myself only being able to communicate with the use of signs and pointing mechanisms.
Today (and it's mind boggling), the various methods and mechanisms available for our communication needs are almost endless: The old (almost obsolete) regular mail, fax, e-mail, phone, cell phone, internet phone, wifi phone, chat rooms, blogs, websites, web cams, and internet conferencing
 there's lots more).
Whatever the reason, we can simple hold in the palm of our hands, our tiny cell phone and talk to anyone, anywhere on the planet; or even in space for that matter. (mind boggling indeed).
We can even see (the person we are speaking to) or be seen ourselves. Communication is just that important.
Email has replaced ordinary mail; and it's instant and basically free. Pigeons have long given up the task of mail delivery.
Whatever the need, personal or business, here are some tools that make life and living, a whole chunk easier and simple:
