Still working hard

If you still are thinking that you need skills, education to achieve your bottom line. Well think twice. It took me about 5 years to polish my skills from others in the field. Yet I don't have a degree in business or marketing, but with determination and motivation I was able to get where I wanted to be.

Years later and with hundreds of team members, wouldn't you think we are doing something right? Well, someone once told me, "Do something right once and get paid over and over again". You can take that to the bank.

Some tips that may help you find your "Why".

1. Get a pad and paper
2. Next, list down your strength's and weaknesses
3. Next, highlight the ones that should be considered priorities (weaknesses)
4. Next, work towards polishing on your strength's
5. Next, work even harder on mastering your weaknesses

This will help you improve your personal attributes which will then transfer to your professional behaviors. Someone who has great strength's will also find themselves being arrogant at times which will only annoy others. Weaknesses will humble some and yet others hide from change.

When it comes to your team players or members. Always include them in your idea's. Take construction criticism always this will help you in the long run. Either attend weekly meetings, conference calls, seminar's, webinars. This will also keep you up to date with the latest products, innovations with your current company or venture. I would suggest that your team will do the same if you are new to network marketing. Stay focused and all work together. It don't matter what level you are in your company. It takes team work and effort that equals success.

Best of luck to you.
