Our web based conference room chaos!

Well I am sorry if you tried to get in but were unable to and I must admit I feel a little guilty towards all those folks who found themselves in that position.

I did warn them though, get online early, as there are only 200 'seats' available for this extraordinary online event.  So the question remains, how the heck did they manage to squeeze 300 in ???

When I got involved in this pre-launch, I had no idea it would get this big, and I don't think anyone else did either, and by the way, if you don't know what an earth I am on about- do yourself a HUGE favour and register right away, while we are still in pre-launch. You can do that at www.winrac.com.

Now, where was I?  Oh yes, the conference. Well, the company uses a web based application which enables them to show slides whilst giving a talk, and the 'audience' can also text between themselves, quite a neat peice of software.  But them was some serious lag in the room tonight, and I don't think it was a bandwidth problem at my end.

Now this can and did get a little frustrating, as you will be listening to someone speak, then you will get to or three seconds of silence, before the the room 'cathes up' and you hear the rest of the sentence.

But I am not going to moan too much about little techinical issues, this is WAY better than having only one man ans his dog turn up to the event.

I am not going to go into the details of the meeting right now, as all the inofrmation is available at www.winrac.com, AND there are more conferences coming up, with details to be postesd on the site (but I think there maybe another on Monday 30th July).

What IS exciting is the way this business model has captutred the imagination of people all over the world. We have attendees from the US, Canada, Australia and various parts of Europe, including of course the UK.

Now, if YOU have a list or a team of group of people YOu do business with, I strongly recceommend you do just two things right now.

1. Get over to www.winrac.com and register - it costs nothing to do so.

2. Tell your network about it, and get them to register, because if you don't do and they join under somebody else, you WILL kick yourself, and HARD!

We are all used to hype and we develop a kind of, 'yeah seen that, done that' kind of attitude, which is fine, but don't allow that to prevent you from checking out this opportunity because I promise you, this thing will be huge (with people like DON FAILLA on board you can bet your house on it), and I am sure you'd rather be on the inside, looking out.
