Thompson offers a 1-tier affiliate program.

Omaha Steaks does something similar.

Here's today's training for you:

1)  Schwan's

I've lived at this location for 5 years now.

Two doors down the Schwan's man stops by and delivers food to one of
our neighbors.

NEVER...and I'll repeat NEVER has the Schwan's man ever stopped by our
home to ASK if we would like to do business with him.

Want to know what happens?

I see the Schwan's man on a Saturday and after I see him drive by I get
the kids in the car and drive down to Sam's Club to by Ice Cream and
"STUFF" to eat.

I won't take the time to jump out in front of his truck to stop him to
say:

"Hey, Mr. Schwan Man, I want to give you my money today!"

No, I won't do that.

It's now at the point where I'm daring him to stop just so I can say NO
to him.

The funny this is if he would ring my doorbell right now I'd buy
something from him.

He won't ask me.

I won't ask him.

Yet, I spend hundreds elsewhere that could be spent with him.

Same goes for you and I.

When was the last time you ASKED for someone to just buy from you?

How many people have you driven by, waved at and didn't realize you
left money on the table?

Don't be Mr. Schwan.

ASK FOR THE SALE...you just might be driving my some poor schuck, like
me, who wants to spend his or her money, but won't ask you.

2)  Gevalia

I've thrown away in my lifetime about a dozen Gevalia "FREE COFFEE
MAKERS" from each of the times I've taken thim up on their FREE TRIAL
offer.

I now am on a $24.95 autoship of coffee with them for the last 34
months.

Free trials work.

Even, if they quit and rejoin and quit and rejoin.

They may finally STICK, just like I have.

3)  Omaha Steaks

Go to their website.

Get an order FED-EX'D to you.

WATCH the marketing GENIUS.

Watch the direct mail.

Watch the email offers.

Watch the phone calls.

They are AMAZING.

They are rich.

Enough said.

4)  Thompson Cigar

Although I have scaled back my cigar smoking, I do enjoy one with
coffee in the morning or a nice glass of Pinot in th evening.

But, only if I promise my Wife I'll brush my teeth twice aftewards and
gargle with Listerine for a half hour! 

She hates it, my kids hate it, I like it, but should stop completely,
but we all have our vices, don't we?

Anyway, I dropped my autoship with Thompson 6 months ago (a New Year's
Resolution with my Wife--go Sheri!)

They just called yesterday and offered to put my club points back in my
pocket and half off of any cigar purchase of $50 or more.

I didn't order, but I sat through 10 minutes of great marketing.

They asked me why I stopped.

I told them my Wife suggested if I ever wanted her to kiss me again, I
might think about stopping cigar smoking.

They guy laughed and suggested some "flavor cigars" that didn't stink
as much and special breath mints that work wonders.

I laughed and told him:  "You guys are GOOD!"

I was tempted, but resisted.

But, when I hung up I wondered how many "former customers" Thompson
called in July.

I wondered what their "conversion rate" was.

I realized the understood the LIFETIME VALUE of a customer (me).

Sames goes for you and I in our MLM businesses.

Model these 4 companies.

They are all highly successful.

Success leaves clues.

Be an investigator.

Solve the crime.

Get rewarded with bigger checks.
