The first thing this doctor needs to consider is his location and appearance. Is it appropriate to open a clinic in his basement? People are accustomed to a clinic looking pristine and in an office building or a dedicated medical building, right?

This doctor is obviously trying to economise. He doesn't want to spend the dollars to get out there and find a suitable site in a more professional location. He is looking at his current situation and lack of income and making decisions based on that rather than on the potential income of a doctor with a good practise.

OK, so why do so many people feel that getting a free web page from a free web supplier is going to bring them the big bucks? Which do you prefer to see? A web URL like http://drfrednerk.getyourfreedomainhere.com or www.doctorfred.com and email doctor@doctorfred.com or freddy@drfrednerk.getyourfreedomainhere.com. Free domains are OK for personal sites, but I don't believe they are appropriate for business
