I base success on ones ability to understand what they are doing and why they are doing what they are doing in the business world. It doesn't matter how much money you are making, what matters is you have a plan and you understand why you have the plan you have (meaning its not just aimless hoping and praying).

Although my long term goal is to make a decent living from online work I do not measure success in $ only. If I did i would have given up long ago. I do make some money but not nearly enough to retire on. But personally I do not measure my success in $ only. Along the way I have found wonderful friends and partners; I learned new skills; I learned to step out of my comfort zone. I have gained a pretty good insight in what is going on 'behind the scenes' and 'behind closed doors". I know my goals
