My Primary Source of traffic is Apsense. I also Focus On SEO & SEM For Better & Lifetime Traffic.

Depending on your niche I'd find a newsletter that accepts solo ads and send out some kind of a free offer (video, ebook) if they opt in on your page and then follow up with one, or preferably more, paid offer/offers from clickbank or products of your own.

Trev I have done lots of research on traffic exchanges. When my sites got millions of visitors from traffic exchanges I got listed in the first page on google searches. When I stopped using traffic exchanges for some time I was back on page seven. Google sends traffic to pages already getting traffic, regardless what method you use to get the traffic. I have signed over 20,000 people online and 95% of my traffic comes from traffic exchanges.

Networking with others, sharing advice and simply blogging great tips can generate life long traffic. Try posting to apsense about things you can offer the most help and have other network marketers add you to social networks like facebook, twitter, linked etc. then you will have followers to drive to your websites and blogs... Remember, Communication is key!

There are thousands of online traffic exchange programs, you can send traffic to your site just by joining and agreeing to get emails from the exchange program with links of other websites that are looking for traffic such as yourself, however if you join one or more of these sites I would recommend creating a separate email account specifically for receiving emails from other members.

It's a matter of balance between time and money. Tracking results is key, patience is required, forget about get rich quick schemes.

Dont let anyone fool you. Free Traffic is not the way to go. You get what you pay for. Just make sure, whom ever you buy your traffic from is reputable and will give you targeted leads.

Either its a clever way Apsense built this program but its funny to see how many only read the question in bold and not the derivative description... If you can afford to do sustained campaign advertising on adwords,it truely helps.However,the best way is content rich webpages which are relevant to your website and are useful as well.

Write quality ezine articles and leave your signature on them. You will get free quality traffic to your site.
