@Anu but i contradict your last statement. It does not mean that if you are publishing you're respective content on Ezine it will be displayed on top position on Google. Though i have subscribed to Google alerts and SEO update through Google and every day when i get alerts from this service many new and different sites are emerging and that are really good.

Google gives foremost priority to the high valued article sites like ezine... It's not the matter of when they submitted.

@Kelly you might be right but even its changing every day so some times i m getting confused which seo techniques will be best for my site.

for exp if you search iphone app development it will shows the posted article that is in 2009, 2010.

Yes SERP results have been changing at very fast rate

i think its time to focus more on bing and yahoo.. i monitor my and other competitors sites, SERP is changing morning to evening, so bad i think...
