I do not know if you can really use empowr for promotion or making money, they want you to pay first before getting money from them.
Not good in plurk but tumblr is good in this..

There are great Social Networks out there that will help build any business, my favourites are : Facebook, Twitter, Ibotoolbox, mlmgateway and Instagram. I have a few more testing, let me know if you want more info on any one of those.
