Is Apsense is best for article submission?

I would think the best place to submit an article would be your own site in the long term. In the short term these high ranking sites are good tools for immediate traffic.

Yeah! Definitely Apsense is Great place to submit article. It is also good for SEO, I have also tried it for my SEO. When You submit article & tag it with keywords, It will display on google Search Engine Result page.

If you want your article to be seen and read by many people here in Apsense, then you may need to be very active... your activities should be seen by more people. You should be more approachable, friendly and helpful to others. As for ranking, i can not say much because i think every tools and resources depend upon the user.
