Login your account, go to profile page and click on Album Photos again click on add photo and browse image from your system as well as add some information about your image them click on ok.
Make sure:
Image must be in JPG or JPEG format, less than 2Mb.
You must have the permission to use or be the copyright holder of any images you upload to this site.

An important point, once you have your image posted it has an ApSense URL , so you can use that in your ad campaigns (they must use ApSense URL's). Good cheap advertising for anything.
