Warren and Pedro, you have both added valuable comments, for which I thank you, but I will delete any more discussions of 4Gig, spending money and so forth... the discussion is about Skype... Thank you, my friends.
@Pedro I truly feel for those in that condition, but I am here to make money and they can't help much. I prefer to concentrate on those that can at least afford the minimal investment it takes to get started.
Of course Warren, but for most people from 3rd world Countrys, and even some above, that upgrade value would be even quite expensive for a a price of a new PC !
I agree with Warren , skype is great way to talk or chat with people ,and to get ref .
I also most of my referrals get through skype.
Just one thing Warren, 4 gb of ram is not old. That is pretty good, most people have lot less memory so skype slow there computer.
I know that because of that lot of people dont use skype, spent too much memory.
I use Skype every day and leave my Status as online all the time with no memory problems or slowdowns. If more people had any idea how many referrals I have made from using Skype, everyone who wants to make money online would have it open just like I do. Just in case people think otherwise, I use an old Dual Core computer running Windows XP and only have 4Gb of memory.
I use lot skype. Its great because its free and lots of people use it.
But when microsoft buy skype, they become pretty bad. For example when I make conference call with my friends there is much more noise.
There was a post from Edson Ferreira, which I deleted.... please don't post spam in these comments, my friend. This is about participating in the topic under discussion and if you have nothing useful to add, don't bother and also please don't leave muddy footprints behind... really so unnecessary.... To everyone else that thought it was worthy of your contribution and to spend a few seconds actually leaving a note, comment or reply, thank you, that is what this section is about... Oh, by the way
Thanks, Pedro. I personally never knew it uses as much resources as it does until a few days ago, when someone mentioned it as a possible reason why computers sometimes run slowly.
Hi Joe, I mainly use it when prospects have doubts about my programs, Its a reasonable and very universal chat platform.
The main problem is that the program still (after so many years), uses a lot of ressources of our machines, so it can turn out to be a little heavy to use for quite some people. Specially in terms of memory (cache & ram)...

@Ivan it cost me I thing about $35 to upgrade to 4Gb of memory, which makes my whole system run faster. To me, that was CHEAP!

Skype is much easy to chat with people and you can either do a video call or voice call anyone that you want to use.
