@Blanca West To cancel a connection go to CONTACTS it is at the top between your NAME and INBOX....... When you HOVER over you well see CONNECTIONS
When you click you will see all your contacts.. find the one that you do longer want to be connected with it is all the way to the RIGHT.... you will see 3 ACTIONS.....

Yes, I do check to see if we share common interests or otherwise has merits in being connected......not just adding numbers. It adds to a more serious or meaningful interactions ahead.

I'd like to know how to block someone please...even after I severed contact I get notifications that person keeps viewing my profile, and I've added some to be pm'ed 5 seconds later asking me if I was married, boyfriend, etc.....
I do as Rob does...... I look at the profile before I send a friend request, But I always accept the ones that are sent to me. But then I also hope that I don't get a SPAM message as soon as I accept... Gosh I hate that!

what the person is doing online and if you may be able to work together
and help each other grow.
