Meet New National Account Manager Silvana Bianco

It’s our pleasure to introduce Silvana Bianco, who joined Spencer Travel sales team last month in the capacity of National Account Manager. 

Silvana has over 20 years’ experience in corporate travel, including finance and account management. She has a deep understanding of the ways to support, manage and improve client requirements and relationships. Silvana delivers outstanding account management results to her clients.

We had a little Q&A session with Silvana and asked how she was enjoying her time at Spencer Travel.

“I love working with the team at Spencer. I’ve only been here for 3 weeks and during this time I have been met with such warmth and great personalities.”

Tell us a little more about yourself, what is your favourite holiday destination? 

“My favourite holiday destination is Mexico. It has so much to offer from idyllic beaches, alluring culture, sunny weather, mouth watering cuisine, ancient ruins, adventure sports and Tequila! It’s a vibrant destination and has something for everyone” 

What is your best travel tip? 

“Take clothes that don’t need ironing. I once travelled to a country where irons were not kept in the hotel room and every morning I would have to ring front desk and ask for an iron. Sometimes I had to wait half an hour. Never again, I learnt my lesson.”
