FUTUREWISE- The Career Counselling Cell of Billabong High International School in collaboration with Jitin Chawla’s Centre for Career Development has been conducting regular workshops with the learners of BHIS Noida to prepare them for an informed future.

The workshop conducted for Grade IX was an insightful one with learners keen to know about their career choices. It aimed to inspire students to think about their interests and friends, while also offering educational pathways, emphasising upon skill development as the way forward for a brighter future.

 

A second workshop was also conducted for the learners of Grade XI to identify their strengths, interests, and aspirations while aligning these with potential career paths. It provided a platform for students to explore diverse fields, understand current job market trends, and learn about the educational pathways leading to their desired careers.

From technology and healthcare to the arts and entrepreneurship, these talks exposed students to a broad spectrum of opportunities. The highlight was a session on emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and digital marketing.

A crucial part of the workshop was the opportunity for students to engage in one-on-one sessions with career counsellors. These personalized interactions addressed individual queries, clarified doubts, and offered tailored advice on academic and career planning.
