What Am I Doing Online?
What am I doing online? This question just popped out of my head a few minutes ago and it took me a while to answer it to my satisfaction. However, I am not yet fully satisfied with my answer. In time, my answer to the question may change; only time shall tell.
I pose the same question to you; what are you doing online? At this very material moment you are reading this, what are you doing? What brought you to the internet at this time and what do you expect to achieve by the time you log out of the internet and shut down your system (if you ever do that)?
Spare a thought for yourself and find out what you gain by going online all the time and each time you are on the internet.
Granted, you have a broad goal of making money online. I also have this goal as my target. What concrete steps have you outlined to achieve this goal? What plans have you made to see your dreams become real?
Where do you have to go to in order to make money online? What do you have to do to make money online? What do you have to invest to enable you make money online (talents, money, time)?
If you have not thought about these things and decided the fastest and easiest way to achieve your goals, then you don't know what you are doing online.
You might just want to hang out with friends and contacts on the internet but, what do you hope to achieve after hanging out with them? How do you account for the time you have spent online?
I have asked so many questions and provided very few answers. I leave it to you to answer the questions in your own way.
But, as for me, I am on the internet to build my brand and make money on the internet.
How?
The brand I am building is Nnamdi Agha, also known as bronnamdi. I have registered these names as domain names bronnamdi.com and nnamdiagha.com. In due course, I will use them for other purposes different from how I am using them now.
In a few years from now, you will hear the names and remember the domain names and say, "I used to know him, see how far he has moved in these short years".
I have written a related but story titled Branding Nnamdi Agha bronnamdi

Well most people go online because they have the time to spend and mostly on socializing. For some it is no other than to earn money but then again there are scams almost every way online which is very demoralizing to newbies and I did myself learn an expensive lesson. And at lest now I know where to go for legit and so earn some money.

I notice you have 4 like and no answers - so I thought I had better try and answer as far as I am concerned. I try to build my brand and trust online by participating in Social and business sites like APS, Kooiii, bizopps etc.
I click on a few TEs just to get my site seen.
I Email my downline with the latest news and tips and my customers with the latest deals - but not on a daily basis.
I use Skype, Voipbuster, google talk etc to contact my downline that have questions they need answering an

At first it looks simple and straightforward - as in, what is 1 + 1? - but after a bit of "frantic groping around" and trying to put together some words to answer the question, most of us would feel a bit dizzy.
