Bowls & Tacos

The featured dishes on The Original Caribbean King’s menu are its bowls and freshly-made tacos, which come with your choice of Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Curry Chicken, or Jerk Tofu. This protein is served with coconut white rice, sweet plantains, and steamed cabbage (in the case of the bowls), and soft-shell tortillas, lettuce, tomato, onion, and sweet chili sauce (in the case of the tacos).

"Our bowls and tacos are filled with authentic Caribbean flavors that transport you to the islands with every bite," explained a spokesperson for the food truck. "Each dish is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes that capture the essence of Caribbean cuisine."

Salads

Another popular item on The Original Caribbean King’s menu is its salads, which — like the bowls and tacos — can be filled with either Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Curry Chicken, or Jerk Tofu. Completing each dish is a healthy serving of lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, red cabbage, corn, banana peppers, pickles, and sweet plantains.
