- To fix the issue, first the users need to go to Google Play using a system.
- Now, the users need to tap on the profile picture, on the top right corner of the page.
- Now, check whether you are signed in to an account or not. If yes, then sign out from that account and then Sign in using the right account.
- Now the user needs to head over to an Android device or tablet and open Google Play Store after signing in to the same Google account.
- Now check whether you have signed in with the same account that is logged in on your computer.
- Now you can check for the application that you wish to download and download it by following the instructions given by Google Play Store.
If your account was earlier logged in on the same device then you can do it in a more convenient way by selecting the account from the drop- down menu and log in to the same account.
After completing this process, users will not again face the same issue of Google account not associated with a device and they will be able to use the Google account on their system. By logging in to the same account on both phone and computer, users can download applications on phone directly by using a computer.
