Out of modifications made to Master
Plan 2021 came into being the Delhi Land Pooling Policy. The policy
is unlike any other regular changes made to Delhi’s real estate and
infrastructure plans. It is rather a vision to develop wholesome residential,
commercial, and public infrastructure for the foreseeable future in the city.
Hence, on the one hand, it encourages farmers and landowners to pool their land
for development. On the other, its vision has put in new energy in many

Yojna. Its aim is to provide the best residential design,
planning and architecture to home buyers in affordable prices. It caters to
every middle-class budget. Many developers are coming up with such projects in
a variety of configurations – from 1 BHK to 4 BHK apartments.

DDA and the government were
thinking for some time about how to resolve the capital’s housing woes.
However, there were two sides to this concern. First, developing affordable and
quality housing Second, planning and laying down these residential Smart Cities
in a way that they promote sustainable and green living.

However, of late, home buyers too are equally concerned with the quality of

Of all the proposed Delhi Smart City the
one in Dwarka is being talked about the most. This, of course, is for an obvious
reason. Dwarka is the well-developed suburb in Delhi. And, over time, the
complaints people used to have earlier have been taken care of. For example,
Delhi Metro today provides fast connectivity to other parts of the city. At the
same time, you enjoy the benefit of living in the vicinity of the IGI Airport.
When it comes to public
infrastructure, the story is the same happy one. You can find good and reputed
schools and professional colleges in Dwarka. In fact, Dwarka is already, and in
the future going to be an even bigger, education hub in the capital. Hospitals
too are within easy distance from every part of Dwarka.
