Enable Remote Wipe and Tracking Features
In case your phone, tablet, or laptop is lost or stolen, having remote tracking and wiping capabilities can be a lifesaver.
iPhone: Enable Find My iPhone by going to Settings > [your name] > Find My > Find My iPhone. This feature lets you track, lock, or erase your device remotely if it’s lost.
Android: Use Google’s Find My Device feature by going to Settings > Security > Find My Device. This allows you to locate, lock, or wipe your device from another Android device or web browser.
Laptop: Windows users can enable Find My Device by going to Settings > Update & Security > Find My Device. macOS users can turn on Find My Mac via System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > Find My Mac
