Perpose of this article not to satisfied anybody.I just wanna talk about the truth.

Due to varies reasons people are moving to online businesses.

1.Don't need a capital

2.No risk.

3.Don't need to quit from what your doing now ect....

But eventhough you like to do online business how you gonna figure it out what is the best business for you.

For that You need to consider about few factors.

I will explain indetails about these factors through my future article later on.

today i am gonna talk about Pay plan in other word compensation plan.

In network marketing world we can see companies using varies pay plans.

1.Build your network  width and depth both

2.Binary

3.Matrix

4.Affiliate marketing

5.Surveys (pay for read email, play games, fill surveys.......)

Very Successful pay plan.if your successful with these kind of a plan you can be a millionaire for sure. most of the biggest companies using these type of pay plans.if you join with these kind of a company if you do everything what they recommend to do guaranteed you gonna be successful with this.but due to the other factors we can't tell you how long it takes.most of the network marketing millionaires came from these kind of a pay plan.But to do this you have to have good training.otherwise you definitely gonna quit from the business before you become successful.

example: pioneer of the network marketing "AMWAY" (most successful network company in the world" using these kind of a pay plan.

2.Binary

You have to build only two teams.beauty of these kind of a pay plan you need only two good people to become successful.even if you find good two people in 10000 deep thats enough. most of the new companies using this method.if your very busy with other stuff this is the most suitable pay plan for you.if you work good definitely you gonna be successful with this.

Example: another billion doller company "Usana"using these kind of a pay plan.new company like "Bellamora"also using these kind of a pay plan.

3.Matrix

In here they gonna put you into 8 * 3 , 2 * 2 like some kind of a  matrix.most of the companies using this method they don't have good product.they have something some how they try to market their product and make some money and close the company.nobody gonna successful with these kind of a compnaies.most of the time they have only one product that product also not good.not only that most of the time you can't find company phone number.if your in a top position may be you can make some money before they close.no matter what people are telling about these pay plans but definitely this is not a good pay plan.big companies never use these kind of a pay plan.

4.affiliate Marketing.

This is ok for people who are looking for a few dollars.But if your planing make good money you never gonna make with this.in here also people can say a lot.but nobody gonna successful with this.you can make few money but its not worth for your time and effort your putting into that.

5.Surveys and Click Bank.

This is a Joke.very  good for people who wants to waste time.doesn't matter how hard you work you can't see any success even after 10 years.me be you can make few dollars but that all for your life time.this kind of a people always advatising some free stuff like "no invesment but u can make millions with in 7 months" like that.New People you must understand one thing does't matter what people gonna say. your not going to make any money without some invesment.you just wasting your time.these people don't have $20 to do business but spending $1000s of dollars for unnecessary things.

Again i will tell you the perpose of this article to teach new people, how to choose a good pay plan.i know most of the people disagree with me but this is the truth.
