When you decide to unclutter your life, start with your intellectual space by clearing out the old lies and negative self-talk you often recite to yourself.

When you constantly tell yourself little self-deprecating lies, you start believing them and your behavior naturally backs the lies up.  As a result, you put your biggest goals on the back burner and give up when the first obstacle comes your way. 

By doing so, you are digging yourself a hole by repetitively listening to your negative self-talk. Because what you think you become. You cannot continuously have negative thoughts and expect live a positive life.

Be aware that you can embrace a lifestyle of positive thinking and positive habits. Turning negative habits into positive ones requires both resilience and time management.

If you want to get yourself out of this trap, rewire your brain and replace the negative mindsets with positive, productive ones.  In stride, start taking action because the new mindset is something along the lines of “I am ready to learn and grow!”.
