What Mobility City of Orlando Focused On In Our First Year of Business

My Mobility City of Orlando, located in Ocoee, Florida, reached a major business anniversary in December of 2020! We had a remarkable business milestone!

We officially opened our doors on September 23, 2019, and then, drum roll please! Promptly became accredited with the Better Business Bureau(R) (BBB).

Since our enrollment with the BBB, we have held a healthy rating of A-. Along with our BBB rating, if you do a quick Google search, you will find what I was pleased to discover: that compared with our competitors, we carry a remarkable review list of 62 reviews each with a FULL 5-star rating.

ALL of this in our first year of business!!

Our President, Mr. Ray Merk sums it up when he said, “I think that this is indicative of our focus on customer service. We truly take that to heart.”

I would be remiss if I failed to share some of our extensive line-up of features which, when you compare with our neighbors that offer somewhat similar service, there is just no clear and comprehensive comparison, just to encourage comparing to be certain what you are getting at each location!!

Some of our feature offerings include:

* Sales, repair, and support for Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

* We do serve MOST of Central Florida.

* Able to order most equipment and offer delivery FREE of charge.

* We are unique in being a premium DME Concierge Service.

* Provide service to ALL mobility equipment.

* We provide service to hospitals and facilities as well as private residents.

* Open 7 days a week, including emergency night calls.

* Offer other services including Harmar lifts and installs.

* Have rent-to-own options.

In the state of Florida, with a significant senior population and heavy competition among businesses to meet the needs of our senior and disabled group, we have proven over our first year of business, to be outstanding in comparison with our local competitors for providing repairs to scooters and mobility equipment. We also offer the best in new DME!

Our business ethic is highlighted by our drive for superior customer service.

You, like myself, likely have bumped into how it is becoming more and more rare today to find a company that truly focuses on providing top tier support for its customers. That is partially why it is so personal to us.

Being keenly aware we are a business in such a competitive field, we chose to specialize our customer care initiatives by offering a unique experience through our Concierge Service.

Along with our full range of services, we offer the additional services of reselling of customer’s equipment, purchase or rent of new equipment, equipment servicing such as scooter repair and wheelchair repair, and getting equipment cleaned and sanitized.

We do offer to provide delivery and on-site visits. We also have a complete testing area so any equipment being investigated for purchase can be completely reviewed and trialed prior to purchase on our very own “racetrack” for new scooters. One might also enjoy a short get-away by sampling a relaxing FDA approved reclining Lift Chair. ...Don't laugh! These can be amazing locations to retreat to, as a proper reclining chair should be!

“Andy and Wendy are amazing! My family and I were in Disney and I have a physical disability that limits me for walking around the parks or anywhere far.

They were very prompt to help my scooter which died and I needed my battery changed.

Andy came to our resort last minute about 4 hours after I made the first call. He was very informative and helpful.
