Linear feeder Packing Machine
The LF-5K linear feeder Machine handles granular and some powder materials. With multi-stage vibratory feeding and pneumatic cylinder for fast discharge, it offers high-speed, precise weighing. It's ideal for quantitative packaging in grain, feed, chemical, rubber, and plastic industries.

Weighing Controller for Batching
GMC-P7 Weighing Controller
The GMC-P7 weighing controller for batching is widely used in the chemical, rubber and plastic, feed, and grain and seed industries. It is designed for dynamic weighing, packing, and batching applications. Multiple programs are available for various applications:

1. Hopper packing

2. Hopper packing twice

3. Packing using the reduced weight technique

4. Large-scale

5. Filling with liquid

6. Scale of batching

Load cell weight indicators

How to Connect the Loadcell with Weighing Indicator

The engineer has shown the wiring guidelines for attaching loadcells and weighing indicators in this video.

A 4-wire loadcell with SHL and a 6-wire loadcell with SHL are the two common varieties of loadcells. As an illustration, consider the weighing indicators GMT-X1 with five loadcell connecting ports and GM9907 with seven loadcell connecting ports. Any type of loadcell can be connected to any weighing indicator, but wiring guidelines must be observed.

The EX+ and EX-of the loadcell and the EX+ and EX-of the indication should be linked.

The SIG+ and SIG-of the loadcell and the SIG+ and SIG-of the indicator should be linked.

The SHL of the loadcell was linked to the SHL of the indicator. (If SHL is absent, we can disregard it.)
