VITEEE is the Engineering Entrance Exam conducted by VIT University,Vellore.The VIT University has been ranked among the top ten engineering colleges in India, by leading weeklies like The Week and India Today. Admissions to VIT University is conducted on merit basis through the online Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam(VITEEE ).VITEEE is attempted by lakhs of candidates every year, with the hope of securing an admission to the prestigious University. Admissions to B.Tech courses in the Vellore and Chennai campuses of Vellore Institute of Technology are done purely on the basis of VITEEE.The pattern of examination of VITEEE is based on a series of multiple choice questions. Candidates who are interested in appearing for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam(VITEEE ) 2015, should fill up the VITEEE 2015 Application Forms, which will be made available to interested applicants from the first week of December 2014.Before filling in the VITEEE 2015 Application Forms, candidates should make sure that they meet the University's eligibility criteria.

The procedure for applying for VITEEE 2015 Online is as follows:

• Applicants can download the VITEEE 2015 application forms from the University's official website www.vit.ac.in .
  
• Applicants would be directed to register for VITEEE 2015 here by filling in specific details such as the Candidate's Name, Date of Birth, Email Address etc. Applicants should ensure that they enter their name as is printed in their Class XII Certificate.
  
• Following the registration, applicants will be sent an email on the Email id that they have registered with a password which will help the applicant securely log in to fill the VITEEE 2015 Application Form.
  
• Here the applicant will have to fill in necessary particulars .Applicants may also be asked to upload a passport size photograph and a thumbnail impression or signature.
  
• After entering the requisite details, candidates will be asked to pay an Application Fee of Rs.940.The Application Fee can be paid through any of the following modes- Debit card / Credit card/Net banking or Demand Draft Mode
  
• VIT University intimates applicants of their Admit card details or Test Centres only through emails.
  
• Once this application process has been successfully completed, applicants should ensure that they take a printout of their completed Online application Form.A copy of this printout should be send by Registered or Speed Post to the following address before the given deadline:

• If applicants have made payment of the application fee through a Demand Draft, the DD or Demand Draft should be attached with the copy of the Online Application Form.

The procedure for applying for VITEEE 2015 Offline is as follows:

• Interested applicants can obtain a copy of the VITEEE 2015 Application Forms and brochure in person, by submitting a DD for Rs.990 at the University's Vellore or Chennai Campuses or by sending a DD to the following address:
