Saskatchewan Invites Record Number of Candidates to Apply for Provincial Nomination
Aspirants who wish to
live and work in Saskatchewan can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) under
the International Skilled Worker System of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee
Program (SINP). Each registrant is attributed a point score and rank, based on
the SINP point assessment grid criteria. The SINP invites highest-ranking candidates
to apply for nomination to the province.
On 17th
October, 986 candidates under the Express Entry sub-category – who scored 67 or
more points – were invited. This was the highest number of invitations issued
by the SINP EOI system through a single draw, so far.
On 24th
October, 372 candidates under the Express Entry sub-category and 550 candidates
under the Occupations in-Demand sub-category – who scored 69 or more points –
were invited.
On 31st
October, invitations were extended to 627 candidates under the Express Entry
sub-category and 231 candidates under the Occupations in-Demand sub-category –
who scored 68 or more points.
