A little Clarification on Business Pages
There needs to be a little clarification on what qualifies as a business page and what does not qualify as a business page.
"APSense Business pages is a new way for business owners to separate themselves from the crowd. This new feature is only available to upgraded APSense members who own a business or are authorized partners in a business. Business Pages allow you to build a team, recruit affiliates, JV Partners or others to help you build your business and your brand.
Unlike Revpages, you don't need to worry about getting lost in dozens upon dozens of identical cut and paste affiliate ads since affiliate pages are not allowed. Only pages that are created by the actual business owner or authorized partner."
There needs to be a bit of explanation on this point. The business owner is the person who owns the corporate entity. That means affiliates, associates, distributors etc do not qualify.
If you are recruiting a team to some business opportunity under you, you are still an affiliate or associate-not the business owner. Unless that business owner has given you the authority to make binding corporate-wide decisions, do not create business pages-they will be removed.
Understand that an authorized partner is some who has been given authority to make binding corporate wide desicions. This is delegated directly from the owner. Signing an associate agreement or becoming an affiliate does not grant you the authority of an authorized partner

You checked, Nev? Cheryl, the Wiki article about biz pages says it is for both pro and premium. I guess I will let you edit the article, because I'm not sure.

Business pages are only available for Premium members. That makes another reason to upgrade if you want to take advantage of what looks like a great addition to APSense.

Yes you are absolutely correct. As for affiliates etc creating pages you may only create a business page is you have a registered DBA and can produce the information for it.

Good point Cheryl, I'd say it makes the biz pages more like company pages at Linked-In, which are the inspiration for the concept here, contrary to FanPages where everybody and their mother ( no offense to mothers ) can create one, so we could have 1,000 pages about Amazon at FB, but only one here, if the owners came to create one. Correct me if I'm wrong about that one, Cheryl.

Just make sure that you fall into the category of a business owner or authorized partner because we do check

Enam, in my opinion, you can't compare it to a FanPage. For a very simple reason: it's a feature of APSense. With all its bells and whistles you won't find at FB for learning how to promote, build business relationships, partnerships...

It seems like a restricted version of facebook fan page.
I shall take this opportunity and create a few business pages soon.

I think I get it, Philippe. As I grow in understanding, I'll really find out how APSense can benefit me as a self-published author, and Blog Talk Radio producer.

Terrific presentation, I like your use of italics and bold, it makes for "grab by the throat" information. Thumbs up! Now if we could find a way to have it seen by every paid member LOL
